Linda T. Hollenbeck has been practicing law in California for almost 30 years, specializing in Residential and Commercial Landlord/Tenant Law, Fair Housing Law, The Ellis Act, and Rent Control Law.  Linda is currently serving as a member of the Advisory Board for the California Apartment Association-Los Angeles chapter. From 2005 through 2006, Linda managed the largest series of evictions in LA county history!

Tania K. Cardoso has been practicing law since 2006 specializing exclusively in Commercial and Residential Landlord/Tenant law and Rent Control Law.  Before becoming an attorney, Tania was working in this field as an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice - Housing and Civil Enforcement Division and the Orange County Superior Court handling the U.D. and Law and Motion calendars.
